About Me

Ruofei (Nuna) Yang is a Chinese photographer whose style is typically documentary and narrative. In her narrative photography, she uses metaphors and symbolism to tell stories. Each of her works stems from her own experiences or the stories of those around her, with every story holding hidden details and narratives worth exploring deeply.

The hallmark of Ruofei's work is that every detail is meticulously crafted—whether it's the clothing, poses, facial expressions, or backgrounds—all of these elements drive the story's development and the characters' shaping. Her stories often depict the journey of personal growth and the resilience shown in overcoming setbacks
